3. Foundry VTT and Game Data

Foundry VTT worlds may store character sheets, actors, items, journals, maps, scenes, tokens, chat logs, dice rolls, module settings, permissions, macros, and gameplay records.

Game Masters, administrators, or authorized staff may be able to view player data as part of normal virtual tabletop operation, moderation, troubleshooting, support, world management, or gameplay administration.

Players should not use Orilon services as permanent storage for personal files, private documents, or irreplaceable content unrelated to gameplay.

4. How We Use Information

We may use collected information to:

• Provide and manage access to Orilon Realm Gateway and Westward Realms.
• Operate Foundry VTT worlds, player accounts, permissions, scenes, and gameplay systems.
• Support players, investigate issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and improve service stability.
• Moderate community behavior, enforce rules, investigate abuse, and protect players.
• Maintain security, backups, logs, service health, administrative records, and operational continuity.

5. Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell player information to advertisers. Information may be processed through hosting providers, DNS or CDN providers, security systems, support tools, Foundry VTT, modules, payment or donation platforms, Discord, or other services needed to operate Orilon.

We may disclose information when necessary to comply with law, respond to abuse, investigate security incidents, enforce rules, protect players, protect the platform, or comply with provider requirements.

6. Logs, Security, and Abuse Prevention

Orilon services may collect logs related to website access, Foundry VTT access, server activity, authentication attempts, errors, support issues, moderation actions, and security events.

Logs may include IP addresses, timestamps, request paths, usernames, browser data, server errors, administrative actions, and other technical information required to protect and operate the service.

7. Data Retention

We retain information as long as reasonably necessary for gameplay, account access, moderation, support, backups, security, legal obligations, world continuity, or administrative purposes.

• Inactive accounts or unused player data may be removed after extended inactivity.
• Retired worlds, old logs, or unused data may be archived or deleted.
• Backups may temporarily retain data after it has been changed or deleted.
• Some information may be retained where needed for security, moderation, disputes, or legal compliance.

8. Player Choices and Requests

You may request correction, review, export, or deletion of certain account or player information. Some requests may be limited where information is needed for security, moderation, backups, world continuity, legal obligations, or support records.

Access to a Foundry world, character, campaign, or realm may depend on operational needs, campaign rules, moderation status, or administrator approval.

9. Children and Minors

Orilon services are intended for users with appropriate permission to participate in online tabletop, roleplaying, and community services.

If a parent or guardian believes a minor has provided information without appropriate permission, they should contact Orilon support for review.
